Helen is a Senior Physiotherapist bringing over 30 years of expertise in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Her clinical passions include:

- sports physiotherapy

- lower limb biomechanics and movement patterns

- functional movement analysis and exercise programmes

- rehabilitative ultrasound imaging

- evidence based exercise loading programs for people of all ages and abilities.

Helen has represented New Zealand on some of the world’s biggest sporting stages, serving as a physiotherapist at multiple Olympic and Commonwealth Games with the New Zealand Olympic Committee. Her elite sport experience includes roles with the White Ferns, Black Ferns, NZ Para Athletics, and NZ Athletics.

She is a preferred provider for High Performance Sport New Zealand and delivers on field physiotherapy for the Otago Sparks, Dunedin City Royal Premier Women’s team, and Southern Football’s National Women’s League team.

Outside the clinic, Helen enjoys e biking, exploring the outdoors, and supporting her two daughters in their pursuits.
